Welcome to Lingoput ("Platform"), operated by Writers.pl Sp. z o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Description

Lingoput is an online language learning platform that provides video content for language learning purposes. We offer three subscription tiers:

2.1 Available Plans

• Free Plan: Access to content marked as free
• Premium Plan: Access to all free and premium video content
• Pro Plan: Access to all platform features including video content, reading materials, audio content, and chat features

2.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly (3 months), semi-annual (6 months), and annual payment terms
• All paid subscriptions are billed in USD through Stripe
• Prices are displayed before purchase within the platform
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• Users must provide a valid email address and password
• Optional information includes first name, last name, and username
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

3.2 Account Restrictions

• One account per user
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information
• Sharing accounts is prohibited

4. User Content

4.1 Comments

• Users may post comments on videos
• We reserve the right to remove comments that:
• Violate applicable laws
• Contain offensive content
• Constitute harassment or hate speech
• Violate intellectual property rights
• We moderate content but are not obligated to review all user content

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

• All content provided through the Platform is owned by or licensed to Writers.pl Sp. z o.o.
• Users may not download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform
• Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view content through the Platform

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices are in USD
• No refunds are provided for subscription payments

6.2 Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused periods

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Share account credentials
• Attempt to download or copy content
• Use automated systems to access content
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Circumvent any technical protection measures

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment
• Any other reason we deem appropriate
